Q uién me diera en el desierto Un albergue de caminantes, Para dejar a mi pueblo Y alejarme de ellos. Porque todos ellos son adúlteros, Una asamblea de traidores.

Oh, that I had in the wilderness a lodging place (a mere shelter) for wayfaring men, that I might leave my people and go away from them! For they are all adulterers; they are a gang of treacherous men.
