Esdras 7:13 ~ Ezra 7:13

y o he proclamado un decreto de que cualquiera del pueblo de Israel, de sus sacerdotes y de los Levitas en mi reino que esté dispuesto a ir a Jerusalén, puede ir contigo.

By me is given commandment, that any of the people of Israel and of his priests and Levites in my realm, who desire of their own freewill to go up to Jerusalem, go with thee.
