Esdra 7:13 ~ Ezra 7:13

I o ho emanato un decreto che chiunque del popolo d'Israele e dei suoi sacerdoti e Leviti nel mio regno ha liberamente deciso di andare a Gerusalemme, può venire con te.

By me is given commandment, that any of the people of Israel and of his priests and Levites in my realm, who desire of their own freewill to go up to Jerusalem, go with thee.
