W hen the lad was gone, David rose from the south side and fell on his face to the ground, and bowed three times. And they kissed each other and wept together, but David wept the more.

După plecarea băiatului, David s'a sculat din partea de miazăzi, apoi s'a aruncat cu faţa la pămînt şi s'a închinat de trei ori. Cei doi prieteni s'au îmbrăţişat şi au plîns împreună. David mai ales se prăpădea plîngînd.
