r ather it shall be a witness between us and you and between our generations after us, that we are to perform the service of the Lord before Him with our burnt offerings, and with our sacrifices and with our peace offerings, so that your sons will not say to our sons in time to come, “You have no portion in the Lord.”’

ma perché serva come testimone fra noi e voi e fra i nostri discendenti dopo di noi. affinché possiamo compiere il servizio dell'Eterno davanti a lui. con i nostri olocausti, con i nostri sacrifici e con le nostre offerte di ringraziamento affinché i vostri discendenti non abbiano un giorno a dire ai nostri discendenti: Voi non avete parte alcuna nell'Eterno".
