U nd ist von mir befohlen, daß man suchen sollte. Und man hat gefunden, daß diese Stadt von alters her wider die Könige sich empört hat und Aufruhr und Abfall darin geschieht.

I have had men look through the books. And it has been found that the city has turned against kings in past times, and that plans against kings have been made in it.
