Esdras 4:19 ~ Ezra 4:19

Y por mí fue proclamado un decreto; se investigaron los hechos, y se ha descubierto que esa ciudad en tiempos pasados se ha levantado contra los reyes, y que en ella se ha fomentado rebelión e insurrección;

I have had men look through the books. And it has been found that the city has turned against kings in past times, and that plans against kings have been made in it.
