Q uando l'Eterno, il tuo DIO, li avrà scacciati davanti a te, non dire nel tuo cuore: "E' per la mia giustizia che l'Eterno mi ha fatto entrare in possesso di questo paese". E' invece per la malvagità di queste nazioni che l'Eterno le scaccia davanti a te.

Do not say in your heart, after the Lord your God has thrust them out from before you, It is because of my righteousness that the Lord has brought me in to possess this land—whereas it is because of the wickedness of these nations that the Lord is dispossessing them before you.
