Amos 1:9 ~ Amos 1:9

T hus hath the LORD said: For three transgressions of Tyre and for the fourth, I will not convert her because they delivered up the whole captivity to Edom and did not remember the brotherly covenant;

Thus says the Lord: For three transgressions of Tyre and for four, I will not reverse the punishment of it or revoke My word concerning it, because they delivered up a whole population to Edom and did not remember their brotherly covenant.
