T hus said Jehovah: For three transgressions of Tyre, And for four, I do not reverse it, Because of their delivering up a complete captivity to Edom, And they remembered not the brotherly covenant,

Thus says the Lord: For three transgressions of Tyre and for four, I will not reverse the punishment of it or revoke My word concerning it, because they delivered up a whole population to Edom and did not remember their brotherly covenant.
