T hus hath the LORD said: For three transgressions of Tyre and for the fourth, I will not convert her because they delivered up the whole captivity to Edom and did not remember the brotherly covenant;

Cosí dice l'Eterno: «Per tre misfatti di Tiro, anzi per quattro, io non revocherò la sua punizione, perché hanno consegnato come prigionieri un'intera popolazione a Edom, senza ricordarsi del patto fraterno.
