Y estando ellos comiendo, tomó Jesús pan, y bendiciendo, partió y les dio, y dijo: Tomad, comed, esto es mi cuerpo.

And while they were eating, He took a loaf, praised God and gave thanks and asked Him to bless it to their use. He broke and gave to them and said, Take. Eat. This is My body.
