Marcos 14:22 ~ Mark 14:22

M ientras comían, Jesús tomó el pan y lo bendijo; luego lo partió y se lo dio, al tiempo que decía: «Tomen, esto es mi cuerpo.»

And while they were eating, He took a loaf, praised God and gave thanks and asked Him to bless it to their use. He broke and gave to them and said, Take. Eat. This is My body.
