ﺭﻭﻣﻴﺔ 13:6 ~ Romans 13:6

و َهَذا ما يَدعُوكُمْ إلَى دَفعِ الضَّرائِبِ. فَالحُكّامُ هُمْ خُدّامُ اللهِ، وَهُمْ مُنشَغِلُونَ بِتَنفِيذِ هَذِهِ الأُمُورِ.

For this same reason you pay taxes, for are official servants under God, devoting themselves to attending to this very service.
