ﺭﻭﻣﻴﺔ 13:6 ~ Romans 13:6

و َهَذا ما يَدعُوكُمْ إلَى دَفعِ الضَّرائِبِ. فَالحُكّامُ هُمْ خُدّامُ اللهِ، وَهُمْ مُنشَغِلُونَ بِتَنفِيذِ هَذِهِ الأُمُورِ.

For because of this you also pay taxes, for they are God’s ministers attending continually to this very thing.
