و َإنْ أقسَمَ أحَدٌ بِالسَّماءِ، فَإنَّهُ يُقسِمُ بِعَرْشِ اللهِ وَبِالجالِسِ عَلَيهِ.

He who swears by heaven, swears by the throne of God, and by him who sits on it.
