H e who swears by heaven, swears by the throne of God, and by him who sits on it.

وَإنْ أقسَمَ أحَدٌ بِالسَّماءِ، فَإنَّهُ يُقسِمُ بِعَرْشِ اللهِ وَبِالجالِسِ عَلَيهِ.
