و َإنْ أقسَمَ أحَدٌ بِالسَّماءِ، فَإنَّهُ يُقسِمُ بِعَرْشِ اللهِ وَبِالجالِسِ عَلَيهِ.

And he who swears by heaven, swears by the throne of God and by Him who sits on it.
