ﺃﺧﺒﺎﺭ ﺍﻷﻳﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻥ 36:17 ~ 2 Chronicles 36:17

ف َحَرَّكَ اللهُ مَلِكَ بابِلَ لِلهُجُومِ عَلَى شَعبِ يَهُوذا وَالقُدسِ. فَقَتَلَ المَلِكُ الفِتيانَ حَتَّى وَهُمْ فِي الهَيكَلِ. وَلَمْ يُشفِقْ عَلَى شَعبِ يَهُوذا وَالقُدْسِ. قَتَلَ الكِبارَ وَالصّغارَ، الرِّجالَ وَالنِّساءَ، المَرضَى وَالأصحّاءَ. فَقَدْ سَمَحَ اللهُ لِنَبُوخَذْناصَّرَ بِمُعاقَبَة يَهُوذا وَالقُدسِ.

And he brought up them the king of the Chaldees, and slew their young men with the sword in the house of their sanctuary, and spared not young man nor maiden, old man nor him of hoary head: he gave all into his hand.
