ﺃﺧﺒﺎﺭ ﺍﻷﻳﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻥ 36:17 ~ 2 Chronicles 36:17

ف َحَرَّكَ اللهُ مَلِكَ بابِلَ لِلهُجُومِ عَلَى شَعبِ يَهُوذا وَالقُدسِ. فَقَتَلَ المَلِكُ الفِتيانَ حَتَّى وَهُمْ فِي الهَيكَلِ. وَلَمْ يُشفِقْ عَلَى شَعبِ يَهُوذا وَالقُدْسِ. قَتَلَ الكِبارَ وَالصّغارَ، الرِّجالَ وَالنِّساءَ، المَرضَى وَالأصحّاءَ. فَقَدْ سَمَحَ اللهُ لِنَبُوخَذْناصَّرَ بِمُعاقَبَة يَهُوذا وَالقُدسِ.

Therefore he brought upon them the king of the Chaldeans, who slew their young men with the sword in the house of their sanctuary, and had no compassion upon young man or virgin, old man or hoary-headed: he gave them all into his hand.
