Daniel 5:7 ~ Daniel 5:7

T he king cried aloud to bring in the magicians, the Chaldeans, and the astrologers. The king spoke and said to the wise men of Babylon, Whosoever shall read this writing, and shew me the interpretation thereof, shall be clothed with purple, and have a chain of gold about his neck, and shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.

Aos gritos, o rei mandou chamar os encantadores, os astrólogos e os adivinhos e disse a esses sábios da Babilônia: “Aquele que ler essa inscrição e interpretá-la, revelando-me o seu significado, vestirá um manto vermelho, terá uma corrente de ouro no pescoço, e será o terceiro em importância no governo do reino”.
