Daniel 5:7 ~ Daniel 5:7

T he king cried aloud to bring in the magicians, the Chaldeans, and the astrologers. The king spoke and said to the wise men of Babylon, Whosoever shall read this writing, and shew me the interpretation thereof, shall be clothed with purple, and have a chain of gold about his neck, and shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.

El rey gritó fuertemente que trajeran a los encantadores, a los Caldeos (astrólogos) y a los adivinos. El rey habló, y dijo a los sabios de Babilonia: “Cualquiera que pueda leer esta inscripción y declararme su interpretación, será vestido de púrpura, llevará un collar de oro al cuello y tendrá autoridad como tercero en el reino.”
