Daniel 5:7 ~ Daniel 5:7

T he king called aloud to bring in the conjurers, the Chaldeans and the diviners. The king spoke and said to the wise men of Babylon, “Any man who can read this inscription and explain its interpretation to me shall be clothed with purple and have a necklace of gold around his neck, and have authority as third ruler in the kingdom.”

Aos gritos, o rei mandou chamar os encantadores, os astrólogos e os adivinhos e disse a esses sábios da Babilônia: “Aquele que ler essa inscrição e interpretá-la, revelando-me o seu significado, vestirá um manto vermelho, terá uma corrente de ouro no pescoço, e será o terceiro em importância no governo do reino”.
