A nd Ishmael smote all the Jews that were with him, with Gedaliah, at Mizpah, and the Chaldeans that were found there, the men of war.

وَقَتَلَ إسْماعِيلُ جَميعَ اليَهُودِ الَّذِينَ كانُوا مَعَ جَدَلْيا فِي المِصفاةِ، وَكَذَلِكَ الجُنُودَ البابِلِيِّينَ الَّذِينَ وَجَدَهُمْ هُناكَ.
