Le -a poruncit să prăznuiască luna în care întristarea lor se prefăcuse în bucurie şi jalea lor în zi de sărbătoare, şi să facă din aceste zile nişte zile de ospăţ şi de bucurie, cînd să-şi trimeată daruri de mîncare unii altora şi să împartă daruri celor lipsiţi.
