Esther 9:22 ~ Estera 9:22

B ecause on those days the Jews got rid of those who hated them. It was a month which was changed from sorrow into joy, from a day of sorrow into a special day. He said that they should make them days of eating and joy and sending food to one another and gifts to the poor.

ca zile în cari căpătaseră odihnă, scăpînd de vrajmaşii lor. Le -a poruncit să prăznuiască luna în care întristarea lor se prefăcuse în bucurie şi jalea lor în zi de sărbătoare, şi să facă din aceste zile nişte zile de ospăţ şi de bucurie, cînd să-şi trimeată daruri de mîncare unii altora şi să împartă daruri celor lipsiţi.
