Й онатан обаче не беше чул, че баща му заклел народа, затова протегна края на тоягата, която държеше, и я натопи в медената пита, и сложи ръка в устата си; и очите му светнаха.

But Jonathan had not heard when his father adjured the people; and he put forth the end of his staff which was in his hand, and dipped it in the honeycomb, and put his hand to his mouth, and his eyes became bright.
