А з, Йоан, ваш брат и съучастник в скърбите и в царството, и в търпението, които са чрез Исус Христос, бях на острова, наречен Патмос, за Божието слово и свидетелството за Исус Христос.

I, John, your brother and companion (sharer and participator) with you in the tribulation and kingdom and patient endurance in Jesus Christ, was on the isle called Patmos, on account of the Word of God and the testimony (the proof, the evidence) for Jesus Christ.
