I n the shadow of Heshbon the fugitives stand powerless (stopped in their tracks, helpless and without strength), for a fire has gone forth from Heshbon, a flame from the midst of Sihon; it has destroyed the corner of Moab and the crowns of the heads of the ones in tumult.

Fugarii stau fără putere la umbra Heşbonului, căci un foc iese din Heşbon, o flacără iese din mijlocul lui Sihon, care mistuie fruntea Moabului şi capetele fiilor tumultului.
