Isaiah 58:5 ~ Isaia 58:5

I s such a fast as yours what I have chosen, a day for a man to humble himself with sorrow in his soul? Is it only to bow down his head like a bulrush and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him ? Will you call this a fast and an acceptable day to the Lord?

Oare aşa arată postul care-Mi este plăcut – o zi în care omul să se smerească pe sine, să-şi plece capul ca o trestie şi să se culce în sac şi cenuşă? Aceasta numeşti tu post şi zi plăcută Domnului ?
