Isaiah 58:5 ~ Isaías 58:5

I s such a fast as yours what I have chosen, a day for a man to humble himself with sorrow in his soul? Is it only to bow down his head like a bulrush and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him ? Will you call this a fast and an acceptable day to the Lord?

¿Es éste el ayuno que yo escogí: que de día aflija el hombre su alma, que incline su cabeza como un junco y haga cama de telas ásperas y de ceniza? ¿Llamaréis a esto ayuno y día agradable a Jehová?
