Isaiah 27:9 ~ Isaías 27:9

O nly on this condition shall the iniquity of Jacob (Israel) be forgiven and purged, and this shall be the full fruit for taking away his sin: that should make all the stones of the altars like chalk stones crushed to pieces, so that the Asherim and the sun-images shall not remain standing or rise again.

De esta manera, pues, será expiada la iniquidad de Jacob, y éste será el medio eficaz para apartar su pecado; cuando haga todas las piedras del altar como piedras de cal desmenuzadas, de modo que ya no se levanten más los símbolos de Aserá ni las imágenes del sol.
