A tëherë Samueli i paraqiti popullit të drejtat e mbretërisë dhe i shkroi në një libër, që vendosi përpara Zotit. Pas kësaj Samueli ktheu tërë popullin, secili shkoi në shtëpinë e tij.


Then Samuel recited unto the people the rights of the kingdom and wrote it in a book and laid it up before the LORD. And Samuel sent all the people away, each one to his house.
