A nd they gave unto Jacob all the strange gods which were in their hand, and all their earrings which were in their ears; and Jacob hid them under the oak which was by Shechem.

Ei au dat lui Iacov toţi dumnezeii străini, cari erau în mînile lor, şi cerceii pe cari -i purtau în urechi. Iacov i -a îngropat în pămînt supt stejarul de lîngă Sihem.
