O s filhos de Judá: Er, Onã e Selá; estes três lhe nasceram da filha de Suá, a cananéia. E Er, o primogênito de Judá, foi mau aos olhos do Senhor, que o matou:

The sons of Judah were Er, Onan and Shelah. These three were born to him by Bath-shua of Canaan. Judah’s first-born son Er was sinful in the eyes of the Lord. So the Lord put him to death.
