a nd not according as we expected, but themselves they did give first to the Lord, and to us, through the will of God,

وَلَمْ يُعطُوا كَما تَوَقَّعنا، بَلْ أعْطُوا أنفُسَهُمْ أوَّلاً لِلرَّبِّ، ثُمَّ لَنا انسِجاماً مَعَ مَشِيئَةِ اللهِ.
