a nd this, not as we had expected, but they first gave themselves to the Lord and to us by the will of God.

وَلَمْ يُعطُوا كَما تَوَقَّعنا، بَلْ أعْطُوا أنفُسَهُمْ أوَّلاً لِلرَّبِّ، ثُمَّ لَنا انسِجاماً مَعَ مَشِيئَةِ اللهِ.
