a nd all the Greeks having taken Sosthenes, the chief man of the synagogue, were beating before the tribunal, and not even for these things was Gallio caring.

Then all the Greeks took Sosthenes, the chief ruler of the synagogue, and beat him before the judgment seat. And Gallio cared for none of those things.
