I n that day I did lift up My hand to them, To bring them forth from the land of Egypt, Unto a land that I spied out for them, Flowing with milk and honey, A beauty it to all the lands,

În ziua aceea, Mi-am ridicat mîna spre ei, ca să -i duc din ţara Egiptului într'o ţară, pe care o căutasem pentru ei, ţară în care curge lapte şi miere, cea mai frumoasă dintre toate ţările.
