T rodden down all my mighty ones hath the Lord in my midst, He proclaimed against me an appointed time, To destroy my young men, A wine-press hath the Lord trodden, To the virgin daughter of Judah.

El Señor ha desechado a todos mis valientes en medio de mí; Convocó contra mí asamblea para quebrantar a mis jóvenes; Como en un lagar ha hollado el Señor a la virgen hija de Judá.
