D evoured us, crushed us, hath Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, He hath set us an empty vessel, He hath swallowed us as a dragon, He hath filled his belly with my dainties, He hath driven us away.

Me devoró, me desmenuzó Nabucodonosor rey de Babilonia, y me dejó como vaso vacío; me tragó como dragón, llenó su vientre de mis delicadezas, y me echó fuera.
