W hoso is mocking at the poor Hath reproached his Maker, Whoso is rejoicing at calamity is not acquitted.

مَنْ يَسْخَرُ بِالفَقِيرِ يُهِينُ خالِقَهُ، وَمَنْ يَفرَحُ بِمِحنَةِ غَيرِهِ لَنْ يُفلِتَ مِنَ العِقابِ.
