Proverbs 17:5 ~ ﺃﻣﺜﺎﻝ 17:5

W hoso mocketh the poor reproacheth his Maker; And he that is glad at calamity shall not be unpunished.

مَنْ يَسْخَرُ بِالفَقِيرِ يُهِينُ خالِقَهُ، وَمَنْ يَفرَحُ بِمِحنَةِ غَيرِهِ لَنْ يُفلِتَ مِنَ العِقابِ.
