A nd hearken unto him doth the king of Asshur, and the king of Asshur goeth up unto Damascus, and seizeth it, and removeth it to Kir, and Rezin he hath put to death.

Împăratul Asiriei l-a ascultat. Şi astfel împăratul Asiriei a înaintat împotriva Damascului şi l-a capturat. Apoi i-a dus pe locuitori în captivitate la Chir şi l-a ucis pe Reţin.
