A nd Amnon hateth her -- a very great hatred -- that greater the hatred with which he hath hated her than the love with which he loved her, and Amnon saith to her, `Rise, go.'

Poi Amnon prese a odiarla di un odio grandissimo, cosicché l'odio che aveva per lei era piú grande dell'amore con cui prima l'aveva amata. Cosí Amnon le disse: «Lèvati, vattene!».
