1 Samuel 18:8 ~ ﺻﻤﻮﺋﻴﻞ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ 18:8

S aul was very angry, and this saying displeased him. He said, “They have ascribed to David ten thousands, and to me they have ascribed only thousands. What can he have more but the kingdom?”

وَأزعَجَتْ هَذهِ الكِلِماتُ شاوُلَ وَأغضَبَتْهُ كَثِيراً. وَقالَ في نَفسِهِ: «نَسَبَتِ النِّساءُ الفَضلَ لداوُدَ فِي قَتلِ عَشَراتِ الأُلُوفِ، وَلَمْ يَنسِبْنَ لِي إلّا قَتلَ أُلوفٍ. فَماذا بَعُدُ؟ لَمْ يَبْقَ سِوَى أنْ يأخُذَ العَرْشَ مِنِّي!»
