T he scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, “Who is this that speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?”

فَبَدَأ مُعَلِّمُو الشَّرِيْعَةِ وَالفِرِّيْسِيُّونَ يُفَكِّرُونَ وَيَقُولُونَ: «مَنْ هُوَ هَذا الَّذِي يُهِيْنُ اللهَ بِكَلامِهِ؟ فَمَنْ غَيْرُ اللهِ وَحدِهِ يَستَطِيْعُ أنْ يَغفِرَ الخَطايا؟»
