J esus, when he was baptized, went up directly from the water: and behold, the heavens were opened to him. He saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove, and coming on him.

Assim que Jesus foi batizado, saiu da água. Naquele momento o céu se abriu, e ele viu o Espírito de Deus descendo como pomba e pousando sobre ele.
