H e took up his parable, and said, “Balaam the son of Beor says, the man whose eyes are open says;

وَتَكَلَّمَ بِهَذِهِ النُّبُوَّةِ: «هَذِهِ هِيَ رِسالَةُ بَلْعامَ بْنِ بَعُورَ، الرِّسالَةُ الَّتِي رَآها الرَّجُلُ المَفْتُوحُ العَينِينِ.
