A nd he took up his parable, and said, Balaam the son of Beor hath said, and the man whose eyes are open hath said:

وَتَكَلَّمَ بِهَذِهِ النُّبُوَّةِ: «هَذِهِ هِيَ رِسالَةُ بَلْعامَ بْنِ بَعُورَ، الرِّسالَةُ الَّتِي رَآها الرَّجُلُ المَفْتُوحُ العَينِينِ.
